From the London projects to leading academic innovation at an Apple Distinguished School—I architect education transformation where others see impossibility.
I grew up where the education system wrote off kids before we could write our own names. That experience built my understanding that brilliance exists everywhere when you build the right bridges to find it.
At 19, I started mentoring peers with no credentials except lived experience. Years later, I earned my Department of Education qualification. Today, I direct academic innovation for a PIEoneer Award-winning institution that operates across four countries.
My first impossible situation came at a London secondary school with 19% pass rates. We tripled achievement to 63% in twelve months through methods others called “too radical.”
“There are no unteachable students, only systems that haven’t learned how to teach them.”
Since 2018 at THINK Global School, I’ve evolved from educator to Academic Director, leading the transformation that earned us the 2023 PIEoneer Award and Apple Distinguished School status. Seven years at one institution provides proof that transformation isn’t just achievable—it’s sustainable.
Beyond institutional work, I write about transformation, fear, and creative power at fearfwd.com
